Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
All subscription refund requests must be done within the first 5 days of the subscription charge date. Any requests after the 5 days will be denied.
Discounted items are non-returnable.
We do not automatically cancel subscriptions. It is your responsibility to manage your subscriptions.
In the event of a refund you will recieved the total minus the fees. Our card provder is no longer returing the fees.
